Alec's Top 20

Here is a full range of routes covering some of the most beautiful countryside in the Perth and Kinross, and beyond. Don’t forget to stop and admire the views!

It's Possible to ‘mix & match’ a number of the routes to create either a long flat fast route or a long tough hill climb route. Whatever you choose there is something for everyone. Long / short or flat / hills, make sure you enjoy it.

Don’t forget to take plenty to drink and some food. Alternatively, take some money and pick up something on route. If you forget, trust me road kill looks tempting when you ‘bonk’!

Remember to prepare yourself beforehand and allow time to recover when you get back. It is just as important to eat and drink during the cycle as it is when you get back. Try and have some recovery food within 30 minutes from getting home

(i.e. once you have crawled out of the shower).

Duration will obviously depend on how fast you want to go. I’ve left it up to you to decide.  If you want more then let me know.

Enjoy yourself and stay safe,

Alec
